Proceeding to Arafah a Step by Step Guide to Perform Hajj

From the days of Hajj, there is a day proceeding to Arafah in order to perform hajj. Where, Arafah a large plain ground to the south-east of Mecca where Muslims move towards on 10th Dhul-Hijjah, calling it a day of Arafah.

So after the sun rises on the Day of Arafah you have to move towards Arafah, while reciting Talbiyah of Takbir. Different Traveling agencies provide different training team which provide you quick guidance regarding Hajj generally and Arafah specifically.

After then, you have to move toward Namirah, which is not in Arafah but very near to it. You have to stay there till noon. At Zohar (Dhuhr) you have to offer prayer of Dhuhr and Asr combining and shortening them together. Where, one Azan will be given with two Iqamats.

But remember not to pray anything between two prayers, as it is how to perform Hajj. However, if you are unable to found Imam i.e. not able to pray along with the Imam, in this case you are allowed to prayer in usual method as you pray casually.

This was in regard of Proceeding towards Arafah. However, it is worth mentioning here that Arafah is the name of the Granite hill which is located at the east of Mecca, It is also known as the mount of mercy (Jabal Ar-Rahmah) and Mount Arafah transliterated Jabal 'Arafāt.

And the day of Arafah is also denoted to the day, and the place when the revelation of the final verse of the Quran has revealed on Prophet Muhammad SAAW, which explained that is said that the religion had been perfected and completed, when Muhammad Rasool Allah SAAW gave his famous Farewell Sermon in his final year of life.
