Talbiyah is recited as duaa by pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah many a time, especially after taking or assuming Ihram, while approaching the house of Allah and by visiting Kaba in Mecca etc.
Talbiyah is recited as below,

labbayk-allaahumma labbayk, labbayka laa shareeka laka labbayk, innal-ḥamda wan-ni‛mata laka wal mulk, laa shareeka lak

Here I am O Allah, (in response to Your call), here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Indeed all praise, grace and sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner
