Electricity bills distributor is not working properly for which we suffered.

Electricity bill for June paid in July 2016 not received. This is our Pakistan. What a pity, site is not functioning. I think concerned officers are sleeping. They are only sitting in their offices to mint money. No body bothers to call explanation of the concerned rubbish. May God Almighty help this country. All those sitting at the helm of affairs are busy in looting this country with both hands but are not ready to work with honesty. Electricity bills are thrown in our town in shops/mosques at the mercy of wind. Lucky people can get their bill in time. I am running in 71. I am alone. My only son is abroad.therefore, every month i have to go for search of my bill in shops but sorry to succeed. When go for the on-line bill services. The site is always blocked. It pains me to wright where to go for complaint and who will listen to you.
